Our custom built clutch kits are the absolute best on the market! Proven on the trails, in the mud, and winners in many race circuits all around the world.
In the Polaris General we use patented adjustable weights and custom calibrate them to your machine, it’s modifications, and your riding style and use. These weights have 5 locations to add and subtract mass from making them the most adjustable option on the market. From utility, to trails, to mud, and everything in between you can be sure that you will have the proper clutch calibration to give the most performance from your machine.
Each kit comes pre tuned for your application and includes 3 weights, a primary and secondary spring, engagement adjustment shims, and a screw pack for adjustments or future modifications that will allow you to make changes to your kit to adapt it for future mods like different size tires, exhaust and intake mods, as well as internal engine work. Minimizing the possibility of having to purchase more parts in the future like with many other kits out there. For machines with 32″ and larger tires we also include a high load helix with better angles in it to help keep you in the peak power band of your engine at all times.
If you still have the square slides in your factory secondary, we highly recommend updating them to our high durability round rollers to reduce wear on the clutch towers and increase efficiency of the secondary.
