With this new tuner and platform you will now have access to a library of tunes at the touch of a button. Not just the tune that is in the ECU, or the 1 or 2 tunes that you had before. We have built 3 libraries of tune files consisting of over 100 tunes to fit your build stages and combinations of intakes, exhausts, and cams. When you purchase this package you will receive access to the library that fits your current stage of build. Additional libraries are available for a small charge.
Library options:
- Stock – Includes tuning for all stock bikes, and for all brands of intakes and slip on exhausts that are being run individually.
- Stage 1 – Includes tuning for most combinations of intakes and exhausts that are being run together.Â
- Stage 2 – Includes tuning for most combinations of intakes, exhausts, and Indian stage 2 cams.
- For big bore kits, aftermarket cams, or other unique builds please contact us before purchasing
- Also, please be patient with files as we are continually converting tuning from our old platform and adding new tunes regularly as we have access to bikes and parts combinations.Â
*Unlocking your ECU will require removing it from the bike and connecting it to a special power harness then running the unlock procedure on the tuning app. Once done it can be reinstalled in the bike and flashed at any time with any of our custom tunes. There is a $200 core/rental charge for the harness which is included in the additions of the tuner. We will refund $150 of when it is returned in good operating condition. A return shipping label will be included in your package to make it simple for you to send the harness back when finished.
*If you would like to have your ECU bench flashed without the addition of the tuner and access to our library of tunes, your ECU must be shipped to our Cambridge location to be tuned. We recommend using UPS or Fedex and putting $1000 insurance on your ECU in case it gets lost. Turn around time for bench flashing alone is typically 1 business day but may fluctuate on volume.

Power plus 108 ecu tuning instructions 20-22 model years
First things first, put the bike on a trickle charger to maintain battery voltage while flashing the ecu or damage to the ecu can occur.
Your ECU has a port block on it so it will need to be removed and powerd up outside the vehicle to unlock that.
1- Remove the ECU from the bike and use the supplied power harness to connect to the battery. Connect the tuner to the bench cable HDMI connector
2- Once you have app installed and account set up and logged in connect to the tuner.
3- If it will not find the tuner press the center of the tuner for 1-2 seconds until the blue light starts flashing.
4- Once connected, slide up the bottom tab on the app and sync the tuner. It will download and install the most current firmware.
5- After install and update and the tuner is reconnected to the app go to the next step
6- Select the add vehicle button and the tuner will read out your vehicle data and store it on your account
7- Once the new vehicle is added use the unlock button to unlock the ecu. When complete reinstall the ECU.
8- Power the bike back up and sync the app again
9- Select programming, then choose the tune file that you wish to run.
10- follow the prompts to start writing the tune. Once the tune is written, power the bike down for 30 seconds.
11- Power back up and start the bike. DO NOT touch the throttle and allow the bike to idle for 60 seconds or more.
12 – power down the bike and you are ready to ride.
You are now ready to ride and will no longer need the bench harness. Place it in the same package your order was shipped in,
close up the box securely, apply the provided shipping label over the old one and drop it at the nearest UPS location.
If the tune fails to write the first time:
1- Resync the app and unselect the tune file.
2- Once sync is complete repeat the programming steps 8-12 above
If flash fails a second time STOP and contact us before going any further or damage to the new ECU could happen.

ryan –
So, I got the ECU yesterday. It was raining…BUT SCIENCE WAITS FOR NO AMOUNT OF PRECIPITATION! (well, I guess a meteorologist does…I digress)
I popped it in the bike (that plastic shroud thing is a jerk) and I took off, setting fire to the rain!
It could be the placebo effect, but this bike is AWESOME! I goosed it a bit too much coming out of the drive way but it played it off like, “no big deal. A li’l goose never hurt nobody.”
The new exhaust also sounds fantastic.
I rode into work today. Normally I’m at 32-35 mpg. Attached is a pic of the bike as well as my odometer showing 42MPG! I don’t know what you guys are doing out there… but had this been the late 1600’s you’d all be burned as witches!
Thanks for the awesome support and the “new” bike!
