All products have a 30 day return policy. All returned products must be in like new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories. IE: Cables, adapters, etc.\u00a0 Any tuning tool is NOT returnable once paired to a vehicle.<\/p>\r\n
All returns must be authorized ahead of time. Please contact us before sending anything back for an RMA.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n
All cancelled orders will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This would include drop ship orders having been placed with a Mfg and not yet shipped.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n
All approved returns will be refunded full purchase price minus any shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if there was an error on our part with processing or shipping incorrect parts. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@RVSperformance.com with your order information and reason for exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\r\n

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\r\n

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don\u2019t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please include your RMA on the package and inside the package as well.<\/p>\r\n
