Description

Tune files for power vision for existing PV3 and PV4 owners that already have a tuner paired to the bike they want custom tuned.

PV3 Customers – You will need to email your .stk file and PV_INFO.txt file directly from your tuner to Ryan@RVSperformance.com along with your machine information and invoice number. We will then return your ordered tune stage file as soon as we can.

PV4 Customers – will need to share your account access with the email Ryan@RVSperformance.com and we will contract you back via your account email address to get your bike info, mods, and order number. Once  we have that information we will license and upload your tuning to your cloud account. 

All tuning is built in house on our Dynojet 250iX chassis dyno and verified on the street and track for overall performance, drivability and reliability. 

Tuning features:

  • Fly by wire throttle limits removed and profiles remapped
  • Torque management raised or removed
  • Fueling optimized for your mods
  • Timing optimized for 91 octane fuel
  • Rev limits raised to a safe level
  • Speed limits removed

Thunderstroke 111:

Stage 1 – Stock intake and stock exhaust (4-5hp and 6-8 tq, 91 octane over factory tune)

Stage 2 – Aftermarket intake and aftermarket exhaust – (5-6hp and 7-8tq, 91 octane)  please specify what intake and exhaust you are running

Stage 3 – Aftermarket stage 2 mods plus cams (6-8hp and 7-9 tq, 91 octane over factory flash) please specify what intake and exhaust you are running

Factory 111-116 stage 3 kit:

Stage 4 –  For stage 3 116 kit with all supporting upgrades (7-10hp and 9-12tq over factory flash) please specify what intake and exhaust you are running

Thunderstroke 116:

Stage 1 – Stock intake and stock exhaust (4-5hp and 6-8 tq, 91 octane over factory tune)

Stage 2 – Aftermarket intake and aftermarket exhaust – (7-8hp and 10-11tq, 91 octane)  please specify what intake and exhaust you are running

Stage 3 – Aftermarket stage 2 mods plus cams (10hp and 12-15 tq, 91 octane over factory flash) please specify what intake and exhaust you are running

FTR:

Stage 1 – Stock intake and exhaust (5hp and 4tq) 91 octane

Stage 2 – Aftermarket exhaust and high flow intake (7-10hp and 5-7tq) 91 octane 

** Cannot be sold or shipped to California

2021+ Chief and 2020+ Challenger / Chieftain is not PV3 compatible and cannot be tuned any other way than sending in the ECU to us to be bench flashed.
